Agreement

By downloading or using any Cleo app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps. These terms are between you and Scott Wittrock, the sole developer of Cleo. They cover all Cleo products, including Cleo Track and Cleo Routine.

What Cleo is

Cleo is a family of apps for parents:

• Cleo Track — a personal tracking tool that helps you log feedings, diaper changes, sleep, and medicines so you can spot patterns and stay organized. Available on the web and iOS.
• Cleo Routine — a visual routine builder that helps your child build calm, consistent routines. Available on iOS only and completely free.

Neither app is a medical device, and nothing in the apps should be taken as medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician for health questions about your child.

Your account

Cleo Track requires an account. The account is yours as a parent or legal guardian — not your child's. You create and manage the account; any child's name or other details you add are stored under your account for your use of the app.

You must not share Cleo Track sign-up or login in a way that lets a child create their own account or access account creation without an adult. Children should not independently register for or operate a Cleo Track account.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Don't share your password. If you think your account has been compromised, contact me right away at scott@cleofamily.app. Cleo Routine does not require an account.

Acceptable use

Cleo is for personal use only. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the app.
• Use the app for any commercial or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.

Subscriptions and billing

This section applies to Cleo Track only. Cleo Routine is completely free — no account, no subscription, no in-app purchases. It is delivered through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's standard App Store terms.

Cleo Track is free to use and includes 3 days of history. Cleo+ unlocks unlimited history and the doctor visit summary module for $1.99/month or $19.99/year.

• All billing is handled through Stripe. I never see your full payment details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime from within the app or by emailing me.
• Refund requests are handled by Stripe per their standard policy.

Intellectual property

Everything in the Cleo apps — the design, illustrations, copy, and code — belongs to Scott Wittrock. You're welcome to use the apps for their intended purpose, but please don't copy or redistribute any part of them.

No medical advice

Cleo is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The data you log is for your personal reference only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about your child's health.

Disclaimers

Cleo is provided "as is." I do my best to keep it reliable, but I can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. I'm not liable for any loss of data or damages resulting from your use of the app. Please back up important information where it matters.

Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If that ever happens to you and you think it's a mistake, please reach out.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
